Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address complex issues.
Qualifications
