- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand our products/services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
