Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical inquiries and product questions.
- Manage customer accounts by monitoring usage, identifying opportunities for upsells, and ensuring retention.
- Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to relay critical customer feedback and feature requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing clients to maximize platform adoption.
- Stay current with industry trends and product updates to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard software applications (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.
