Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level to mid-level technical roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to interpret technical resumes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
