Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and optimization algorithms for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum accelerators with classical computing frameworks
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Conduct research on quantum machine learning applications and hybrid quantum-classical models
- Collaborate with product teams to define quantum computing roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Publish technical papers and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and interns in advanced quantum programming techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, QIS (Quantum Information Science), and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of developing quantum error correction systems and fault-tolerant architectures
