Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational challenges
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum system performance
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Develop patentable quantum computing methodologies for commercial applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum simulation frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum-specific languages (Q#, Quil)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and fault-tolerant architectures
