Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute complex 2D motion graphics sequences that align with client brand guidelines and project goals.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to ensure visual consistency and narrative impact across all media.
- Optimize animation assets for various platforms (Web, Mobile, Social) ensuring fast load times without sacrificing visual fidelity.
- Manage the entire post-production pipeline, including editing, color grading, sound design integration, and final rendering.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics and video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong command of timing, spacing, and storytelling.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
