Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Development: Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI models targeting the 2026 market readiness.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research in Deep Learning and Neural Networks, pushing the boundaries of current technology.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-load inference environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Transformer architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and innovate solutions.
