Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead containerization initiatives using Kubernetes and Docker
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Implement robust security protocols (IAM, VPC, encryption) and compliance frameworks
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments using Datadog and CloudWatch
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS
- Expert knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java)
- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and service mesh
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to optimize cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
