Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Analyze complex customer issues and provide detailed solutions that exceed expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to escalate and resolve product issues efficiently.
- Document feedback and service trends to help improve overall customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Train and mentor new Customer Service Representatives as they onboard.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment (Tech support experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
