Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, with a focus on long-term maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of CSS3, HTML5, and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
