Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on scalability and security.
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bugs, and implement best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep knowledge of modern frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
