Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Python and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain robust testing frameworks
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Python, Django, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack project experience required
