Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking, professional communities) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Build and maintain a strong talent network within the Louisville tech ecosystem and beyond.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Conduct effective candidate screenings and coordinate technical interviews with engineering and product teams.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (KPIs) to ensure hiring goals are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting for software engineering, data science, or IT roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close offers competitively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
