Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates for technical roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for current and future openings.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management leaders to understand hiring needs and build job descriptions.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer stage, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices in the Oklahoma City tech market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software development or IT sector.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor) and Boolean search strings.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical terminology (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) to manage candidates and track metrics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
