Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding transition for new hires.
- Track key recruiting metrics and report on hiring pipeline health to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter in the IT sector.
- Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Product, or Data Science roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
