Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality technical candidates (Software Engineers, Product Managers, DevOps) using various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using Boolean search and creative sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Attend industry events and career fairs to represent Nexus Digital Solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles on time and within budget.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
