Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and competitive advantages.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local networking.
