Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science) from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and social media networking (LinkedIn, GitHub).
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring demands.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume and specialized technical positions.
- Expertise in various sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
