Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer letter, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Conduct market research to stay current on salary trends and talent availability in the Indianapolis tech market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Data Science).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
