Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and IT).
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical and behavioral interviews, and assess cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market positioning.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences and manage the offer negotiation process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for networking events and client meetings.
