Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and transparent feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within software engineering, data science, or IT.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the Columbus, OH tech market and local networking landscape.
