Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever to track candidate progress and ensure timely communication.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruiting events to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
