Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles in the NYC market.
- Manage a high volume of walk-in candidates, conducting initial screenings and assessments.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and ATS platforms to identify passive talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and relationships with top-tier technical professionals.
- Coordinate and attend industry networking events to enhance employer branding.
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline metrics and hiring timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing (Remote or On-site).
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting and closing roles in New York.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume walk-in interview environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
