Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Data Science roles within the San Diego market.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical aptitude.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
- Attend local tech meetups and networking events to strengthen our employer brand.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the San Diego area.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical role requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for off-site interviews.
