Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking) to identify passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical assessments to ensure candidates meet our technical and cultural requirements.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and build detailed job descriptions.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer negotiation process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Software/SaaS industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps).
- ATS Proficiency: Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Networking: Strong professional network within the Bay Area tech community.
