Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalations with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Ensure all weekend operational targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Provide product training and guidance to new team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and think critically under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
