Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage qualified Technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.).
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, or in Talent Acquisition (1-3+ years preferred).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions.
