Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies to ensure high conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and various tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
