Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from requisition creation to offer extension and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates in the San Jose tech market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and interview candidates.
- Track key metrics and provide weekly reporting on pipeline status and hiring timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales support.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong knowledge of the local San Jose tech market and technical skill sets (e.g., Software Engineering, QA, Data Science).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
