Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and manage the interview process flow.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical methodologies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
