Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT tickets efficiently within established SLAs.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the remote team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients in Florida and Colorado.
- Conduct basic training for end-users on new software and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
