Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and quality assurance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory for this urgent hire.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
