Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Process transactions and verify information with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
