Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data and service records in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and meet personal sales targets.
- Provide product training and information to new clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
