Responsibilities
- Execute urgent hiring campaigns for Tucson-based employers across healthcare, logistics, and retail sectors
- Screen and interview candidates using behavioral assessment methodologies
- Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure timely candidate placement
- Develop strategic recruitment partnerships with local businesses

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Tucson market
- Proven track record of meeting urgent hiring deadlines

- Proficient in ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
