Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and maintain company servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 100% uptime for critical business operations.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT solutions and upgrades.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Mentor junior staff and assist in training new hires on technical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a technical support or system administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
