Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently using conveyor systems and handheld scanners.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
