As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to the shift lead.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the receiving and shipping process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
