Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and live chats regarding account inquiries, billing, and service support.
- Data Management: Accurately input, verify, and maintain customer records in our CRM software to ensure data integrity.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate complex matters to the appropriate supervisors.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company compliance policies.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere strictly to call scripts and performance metrics to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or data entry is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and patience.
