Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Enter and update customer account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and response times.
- Document all interactions and resolutions according to company policy.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict performance metrics.
