Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management, including unloading deliveries and counting stock at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
