What You Will Do
Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will handle a high volume of inbound inquiries, resolve complex issues efficiently, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during weekend hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for a 95% satisfaction rating.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce/SAP) and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone voice.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
