Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons visiting the Fort Worth location on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with patience and professionalism.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues on the spot to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
