Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Process weekend orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in logistics or retail preferred
