Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors during high-volume weekend periods.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the weekend operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
