Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Manage incoming tickets and support requests via phone and email with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related problems for our client base.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service handovers.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to product teams to help drive improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in support workflows and suggest practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (40 hours per week).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer support or technical support experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
