Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming support tickets via email and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
