Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical troubleshooting and customer service during weekend shifts.
- Manage incoming support tickets via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for our diverse client base.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
- Adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of computer operating systems and internet connectivity.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (if applicable).
