Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle payments.
- Manage inventory and restock shelves to maintain optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in training new part-time staff during weekend shifts when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
